Terms and Conditions for DYKO Online Services

Welcome to DYKO team! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services, including PMP, PgMP, and PfMP application preparation and panel review support. By accessing or using our services, you agree to read, to understand, to accept and comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using our services.

1. General Information 

1.1. DYKO team provides online services worldwide and operates as a legally registered company in Poland.

1.7. These Terms are governed by Polish law, including the following regulations: 

  • The Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws 1964, No. 16, item 93, as amended) 

  • The Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended) 

  • The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018

2. Scope of Services 

2.1. DYKO team specializes in providing technical assistance for PMP, PgMP, and PfMP application preparation and support for panel review success. 

 2.2. Services include: 

  • Evaluation of eligibility for PMI certifications. 

  • Assistance in completing and submitting applications. 

  • Preparation for panel reviews. 

  • Informational support related to certification processes. 

2.3. Services are provided online through facilitation, document reviews, and tailored instructions.

3. Process of Service Delivery 

3.1. A condition for placing an Order using www.gocertifypmi.com by the Client is reading the Terms and Conditions and accepting its provisions at the time of placing the Order 

3.1. Order Placement: Clients place orders by selecting the appropriate package based on the type of assistance required (PMP, PgMP, or PfMP applications). 
3.2. Information Sharing: Clients must provide accurate and relevant information, including: 

  • A high-level description of their work experience, CV, current role description, or current industry. 

  • A draft of their application, if applicable. 

3.3. Each service package has a specified execution time, as outlined on the website. The delivery timeline may be extended if additional clarifications or revisions are required, or if the client delays the review of submitted materials. We recommend that clients promptly review and approve the provided information to avoid delays. 

3.3. Application Review:  

DYKO team will: 

  • Review the application and provide tailored recommendations for amendments to meet PMI's requirements. 

  • Send back an updated draft of the application for the client's review. 

3.4. Client Responsibility: 

  • Client is responsible to review updated application recieved from DYKO team and provide additional information if such requested by DYKO team.  

  • Clients are responsible for submitting the application on the PMI website and awaiting PMI's acceptance or panel review response. 

  • If the client modifies the application without DYKO's approval before submission, DYKO team will not be held responsible for the outcome of the panel review. 

3.5. Panel Review Assistance: 

  • In case the panel review requests application clarifications, DYKO team will revise the application to increase its chances of passing the panel review.

4. Payment and Refund Policy 

4.1. Service fees are detailed on our website. 

4.2. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time. 
4.2. Payment must be made in advance to confirm the service agreement. 
4.3. Refund Policy: 

  • If the panel review results in a failed outcome, the DYKO team will refund the full amount paid for the service, provided that Section 3.4 of Paragraph 3 has not been breached, once evidence of the failed outcome is submitted, and if the client confirms their desire to discontinue further cooperation with DYKO. 

  • If the panel review passes or the application is accepted, followed by evidence of the outcome, the payment for the service is non-refundable

5. Client Obligations 

5.1. The client must provide truthful and accurate information necessary for the application process. 
5.2. Failure to provide requested documents or making unauthorized modifications to the application without DYKO's approval before submission absolves DYKO team of any liability for the panel review results.

6. Right to Withdraw  

6.1. In accordance with the Polish Act on Consumer Rights, clients have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of online purchase. 
6.2. However, the withdrawal right does not apply to services already rendered or initiated with the client’s consent before the 14-day period. 

6.3. Yet due to the personalized nature of the services provided, where each service is tailored to the specific requirements and details of the individual client, refunds cannot be provided once work has commenced.

7. Payment Methods 

7.1. Payment can be made via the following methods: 

7.2. Electronic payment systems: PayPal, Stripe. 

7.3. SWIFT transfer: Bank details are provided upon request via website chat, WhatsApp, or email. 

7.4. Payment is required in advance to initiate the service.  

7.5. The Sale Agreement is concluded upon successful payment confirmation. 

7.6. Services will be provided only after payment is received.

8. Liability 

8.1. DYKO team provides assistance and support services but does not guarantee PMI certification approval. 
8.2. DYKO is responsible for revising applications for panel review clarifications but cannot be held liable for results if any modifications are made without prior approval.

9. Intellectual Property 

9.1. All content provided by DYKO team, including templates and resources, is the intellectual property of DYKO team and may not be reproduced or distributed without our prior consent.

10. Dispute Resolution 

10.1. Disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved under Polish law. 
10.2. Clients may submit complaints to the competent Consumer Ombudsman in Poland or pursue alternative dispute resolution (ADR) as per the Act on Consumer Rights.

11. Modification of Terms 

11.1. DYKO team reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. 
11.2. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or a website notice.
